In Tanzania, the Malezi Campaign was launched by the Tanzania Early Childhood Development Network (TECDEN) with the aim of addressing critical gaps in high-quality childcare services. Informed by the Childcare Landscape Analysis—a study supported by the Africa Early Childhood Network and the Global Schools Forum—the campaign provides an evidence-based assessment of childcare accessibility, distribution, and quality across different geographic and socioeconomic contexts.
