Join the Movement!

At this time of polycrisis when conflict, displacement, natural disasters, and inequalities are on the rise, the world we want for young children and their caregivers cannot be achieved with business as usual. It is time to be bold, innovate, and collaborate.

Whether you work at the local, national, or global level, there are things you can do to move the needle toward our shared goals. Whether you are an individual researcher, policymaker, or program implementer, we invite your contributions.

Ways to Get Involved

For organizations

Become a partner

Commit to advancing shared goals and benefit from opportunities to collaborate and coordinate with others.

Sign a call to action

Increase the pressure on decision makers to act in the best interest of young children and caregivers by signing timely calls to action when circulated. Review recent calls and align organizational advocacy around these priorities.

Share your resources

Allow others to benefit from your expertise and efforts by making your technical resources (reports, guides, case studies, etc.) available on ECDAN’s platforms.

Learn from others

Design your programs and policies using the latest guidance and build off the experience of others by using the ECD Knowledge Gateway.

Uplift key messages

Follow ECDAN’s social media accounts and share or tailor posts to raise the profile of young children’s needs.

Post a job opportunity

Find top talent by advertising for your vacant position on ECDAN’s platforms.

Promote your upcoming events

Increase participation in your in-person and virtual events by sharing them with ECDAN’s membership.

Interact with colleagues

Develop and share expertise through interactions with other professionals working for and with young children in ECDAN’s online community.

Participate in the Knowledge Fellows program

Watch for the annual announcement that applications are being accepted for a new cohort of Knowledge Fellows. Share with people you know who might be interested. Volunteer to be a mentor.

Advance your career

Find a professional opportunity that enables you to contribute to achieving goals for young children by applying for an open position within the network.

Provide feedback

ECDAN periodically circulates engagement surveys that help us measure our progress and set goals for the year ahead. Watch for these surveys and take time to complete them. Contact us at any point to share ideas or make requests.

We want to hear from you!

If you note any issues with the website, have questions about any of the options above, or have ideas on how ECDAN can better engage you in the movement, please get in touch.
