These Terms and Conditions are entered into by and between PATH (“PATH” or “us” or “we”), a charitable nonprofit corporation under the laws of Washington state, USA, in its role as hosting institution for the Early Childhood Development Action Network (“ECDAN”) managing its Secretariat, and you as an individual or, if acting on behalf of your employer or another entity, the entity for which you act as agent when accessing this website (“you” or “your”).  If you continue to browse and use this website, you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions of use, which together with our privacy policy govern this website, including, without limitation, your use of our sites and all information on or submitted through them. If you are not authorized to enter into a binding contract on behalf of the party for which you are accessing this website, you are not authorized to access this website unless such party has provided separate written authorization to PATH.  PATH and you may be referred to herein by name or individually as a “Party,” and collectively as the “Parties.”  If you disagree with any part of these terms and conditions or you are a person who cannot enter into a binding contract, please do not use our website.

The use of this website is subject to the following terms of use:

  • The websites are controlled by us from our offices within the United States of America. If you access them from locations outside the United States of America, you do so at your own risk.     d) upload or attach files that contain viruses, corrupted files, or any other similar software or programs that may damage the operation of another’s computer;
    e) delete any author attributions, legal notices or proprietary designations or labels in any file that is uploaded;
    f) falsify the origin or source of software or other material contained in a file that is uploaded;
    g) advertise or offer to sell any goods or services, or conduct or forward surveys, contests, or chain letters; or
    h) download any file posted by another user that the user knows, or reasonably ought to know, cannot be legally distributed in such manner.
  • All trademarks reproduced in this website, which are not the property of, or licensed to the operator, are acknowledged on the website.

You hereby consent to exclusive jurisdiction of a state or federal court of general jurisdiction sitting in King County, Washington, USA, except to the extent you are prohibited from doing so by a mandate.
