September 24, 2025 – ECDAN hosted a hybrid event as part of UNGA focused on the transformative potential of home and community-based early childhood development (ECD) programs. The discussion explored new data and insights from independent evaluations of leading ECD programs, including:
- SmartStart in South Africa
- Rocket Learning in India
- Lively Minds in Ghana
These programs have shown promising results in child outcomes and have much to teach us. The session also featured analysis by DataDrive 2030 on common themes from ECD program evaluations across South Africa.
