June 17, 2025 – What does it mean to reach sustainable impact at scale? Over the last five years, four Playful Parenting programs strived to do exactly this in Bhutan, Rwanda, Serbian, & Zambia, with support from the LEGO Foundation. FHI 360 partnered with each program to conduct implementation research, uncovering pathways to scale and generating evidence on impact. This webinar featured a presentation of key findings from the research and a set of indicators of vertical and horizontal scale defined through the research. A panel discussion with program representatives followed, touching on enablers and barriers to both horizontal and vertical scale and how each program navigated these in their distinct contexts.
This LEGO Foundation-supported consortium of partners implementing and researching playful parenting worldwide included FHI 360, Save the Children, the Boston College Research Program on Children & Adversity, FXB/Rwanda, and UNICEF.
