July 2025 – Data2x developed a practical advocacy toolkit that equips gender advocates, policymakers, researchers, and civil society leaders with the tools to translate time use data into policy action. Time use data shines a light on invisible unpaid care labor that is often done by women and girls. The toolkit draws on lessons from Sub-Saharan Africa and provides:

- Templates for stakeholder mapping, messaging, strategy development, and more
- Sector-specific guidance spanning care, labor, agriculture, education, and transport
- Real-world case studies from Kenya, Senegal, and Uganda
