September 22, 2025 – INEE published this advocacy brief for multilateral and bilateral donors that describes ten foundational principles and shared messaging for financing education in emergencies and protracted crises. It was developed to serve as a common reference point for civil society actors and advocates across the sector and inform decision making around potential reforms to investments made for education in emergency settings.
INEE has also created a social media package that can be used to share these principles widely.
