June 2025 – FHI 360, with support from the LEGO Foundation, developed an e-course designed to help other implementers observe for quality in the delivery of early childhood services. The objectives of the course are:
- Identify the elements of quality service delivery by the early childhood development workforce.
- Use the Quality of Early Childhood Services Tool (QUEST) to rate providers’ delivery.
The QUEST offers a checklist of key qualities to look when monitoring. These qualities reflect important provider actions, linked to impactful service delivery in the literature. Use the QUEST to rate the quality of parenting program delivery, whether through home visits or group sessions.
