November 11, 2025 – UNICEF has created an online advocacy course that is designed to help civil society organizations, policymakers, and other advocacy networks understand the importance of play in childhood and early adolescence. This course will equip participants with evidence-based strategies to foster positive developmental outcomes, and advocate for play as a fundamental right for all children.
The course has 8 modules which each have a video, a quiz, an activity, and list of additional materials to read for further learning. It should take about 50 minutes to complete the self-paced course.
