April 16, 2025 – The Right to Education Initiative published a guide for monitoring early childhood care and education (ECCE) from a human rights’ perspective. This guide is designed to be a tool for civil society organizations, academics, educators, and other actors interested in monitoring and advocating for the right to ECCE. The guide is part of a series of thematic monitoring guides published by RTE on specific right to education issues.
