March 2025 – UNICEF released a report that is a rapid literature review examining child-centered services for both in-person and technology-facilitated sexual abuse. The report outlines key models, highlights lessons learned and provides insights to help policymakers and practitioners strengthen services. This study is part of UNICEF’s global efforts to improve response and support services for child victims and survivors of violence – ensuring every child receives the care, protection, and justice they deserve. It concludes with a summary of ‘the way forward’, addressing key challenges to effective service delivery and opportunities to fulfil the outstanding potential of multidisciplinary services to support children and their families.
