Report cover page with title

June 14, 2024 – SM Rashedujjaman, a Knowledge Fellow in the 2023 cohort, completed his project titled “Lessons Learned from Reflective Practitioners on Parenting During Humanitarian Crisis.” It is an exploration of the obstacles and opportunities for parents to facilitate their children’s development within Rohingya camps in Cox’s Bazar, Bangladesh. He interviewed national and international practitioners with experience reaching parents in crisis settings. The paper draws conclusions and provides recommendations for policymakers, funders, and nongovernmental organizations on how targeted interventions and support systems could be developed to foster resilience and well-being of children in the face of adversity.
