June 30, 2025 – This UNICEF Innocenti report presents global, comparative data on children’s digital access, digital skills and mental health. It finds that restricting internet access can undermine skills development while doing little to protect mental health, and calls for targeted action on genuine online harms such as online sexual abuse and bullying.
