June 24, 2026 – OECD published a report that explores how countries can strengthen the quality assurance of early childhood education and care (ECEC) for children under age three. Drawing on data from TALIS Starting Strong 2024, it examines governance, workforce conditions, and service delivery, offering evidence and policy recommendations to improve quality and outcomes for young children and their families.
