January 21, 2026 – The Luminos Fund has released a white paper calling on policymakers to close the literacy gap, especially for children with learning differences like dyslexia. In low-income countries, 90 percent of ten-year-olds struggle to read—a crisis most severe for children with learning differences. Supported by the Oak Foundation, the framework provides a practical roadmap for delivering joyful, foundational learning and ensuring that even the most vulnerable children fulfil their potential.
