Act for Early Years Campaign Materials for Partners

October 27, 2025 – The Act for Early Years Campaign has published a campaign website and resource pack of materials that partners can use for their own advocacy efforts. The campaign has three objectives.

  1. Mobilize at least $1 billion in new funding commitments: encourage governments, international donors, businesses and philanthropic donors to make new financial commitments to kick start progress and action for the youngest children. The campaign aims to build momentum through the first-ever International Financing Summit on Early Years with the aim of securing the necessary investments to transform lifelong outcomes for all children.
  2. Increase political prioritization: ensure the early years become a priority across domestic agendas, regional initiatives and global processes such as the G20.
  3. Future-proof the global goals: ensure the early years becomes a priority in the global development agenda and new SDGs.

The resource pack has an introduction to the campaign; a manifesto action pack with versions translated into Portuguese, French, Spanish, Arabic, and Swahili; social media assets and films; and additional campaign resources and reports.

These materials are to be used by partners around the world to grab the attention of global leaders and demand urgent action on early childhood development, a sector that has long been underfunded and overlooked.
