June 26, 2025 – Theirworld published a briefing report that outlines why disability inclusion needs to be centered within the Act for Early Years campaign and recommends how this can happen. It describes the fundamental shifts in how governments invest in, monitor, and account for disability-inclusive services that will be required to ensure that early years services truly reach all children. This briefing is part of an ongoing consultation process to enhance disability inclusion within the Act for Early Years campaign.
The Act for Early Years campaign has three catalytic goals – universal access to quality primary healthcare, universal access to quality preschool education, and universal support for families.
