The Child Health Task Force is hosting a webinar showcasing examples of how ECD interventions can be integrated into health and nutrition services from Ethiopia, Mozambique, and Burkina Faso. Sharing these integration experiences will support practitioners to learn from and apply these approaches to their own context.
During the two-hour event, speakers will share NurtureFirst’s approach and progress with the global community and highlight learnings from various home-based childcare support programs from around the world.
This event will highlight why young children are the most vulnerable to the impact of climate change and demonstrate how Early Childhood Development can be a strategic enabler to climate change resilience as well as a key building block to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals.
During the international 16 Days of Activism against Gender-Based Violence, the GPI will be hosting a webinar to showcase innovative strategies and tangible outcomes achieved by GPI in the realm of parenting programs, emphasizing their role in preventing and addressing violence both against women and children, spotlighting real-world examples that have contributed to creating safer spaces for women and children globally.
ECDAN will lead a conversation with Heads of State from nations that are climate hotspots, UNICEF, GPE, Dubai Cares, USAID, and a youth and children’s advocate to shed light into program and policy innovations necessary to rollout cost-effective strategies to put children at the heart of climate action.
