On February 25th, ECDAN and partners including the Government of Rwanda, UNESCO, UNICEF, WHO, and AfECN will host a second virtual town hall consultation to help shape the agenda for the 2026 Global Technical Financing Forum. The session will engage governments, investors, and development partners in discussing how to overcome financing barriers and advance innovative solutions to fund holistic early childhood services across health, education, and social protection systems.
