The Committee’s General Comment No. 26 is the outcome of remarkable global engagement and serves as a significant milestone towards the realization of children’s rights in relation to the environment and climate change. In light of this, the Committee will hold a formal launch of its general comment No. 26 on 18 September 2023 during its 94th session.
