November 20, 2025 – The BRAC Institute of Educational Development (BRAC IED) and ECDAN co-facilitated the Childcare Advocacy Research and Engagement (CARE) Initiative kick-off workshop held from October 13-16, 2025. This video shares highlights from the multi-day workshop with CARE consortia partners from Bangladesh, South Africa, and Tanzania. The partners built relationships and deepened their understanding of how a systems approach can help them effectively advocate for childcare policies and investments in their countries. Following this workshop, CARE partners will engage in-country stakeholders in an inclusive advocacy planning process to build political will and public demand for accessible and high-quality childcare.
