Shreya is a seasoned child development professional with nearly a decade of experience advancing efforts to enhance the quality of care of children and promote child and caregiver well-being across childcare institutions, schools, and early learning environments. She has engaged extensively with multi-stakeholder teams, applying interdisciplinary and ecological lenses to design and implement evidence-based interventions, tools, and professional development resources for diverse contexts, including South Asia, East Africa, and Latin America. As a collaborator on research projects, she has also authored technical reports, white papers, and case studies focused on improving child developmental outcomes. Shreya holds a master’s degree in prevention science and practice, specializing in early childhood development and child protection, from the Harvard Graduate School of Education.
