Katy is the founder of Coalescence Advisory, a firm that provides strategic advisory services to leaders and organizations. In her role at Apsara Capital and the Fetzer Institute, she focuses on early childhood development for Syrian refugees and advancing spirituality and economic understanding. Previously, she was a Senior Technical Advisor at Palladium and a Senior Education Advisor for USAID’s Africa Bureau, focusing on blended finance and educational programs. She holds a master’s degree in international training and education from American University and a certificate in impact investing from Oxford University.
