Ferdousi has 24 years of experience that includes managing national and global ECD projects and providing technical support to country teams in Bangladesh. She played a key role in developing Bangladesh’s first master’s program in early childhood development. She also contributed to a similar course at the American University of Central Asia. Ferdousi has led research projects with organizations like the World Bank and Plan International and has published extensively. Prior to her current position, she held leadership roles at Sisimpur and Phulki focused on early childhood and women’s empowerment.
