Doug Horner has focused on improving the health of children and families during nearly two decades in senior roles at the Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation. Prior to retiring from the Foundation in 2025, Mr. Horner led the Foundation’s worldwide contracts, grants, and compliance functions spanning 14 countries. He also had key roles in organizational risk management, achieving operational excellence, and financial planning.

Mr. Horner holds a master’s degree in public policy from the Harvard Kennedy School.
