Chittaranjan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in various fields. He has coached individuals and organizations to understand and respond to change, using inner and external dialogue. Chittaranjan has also worked with banking businesses, residential schools, nonprofits, and educational institutions. His experience includes working with young adults in rural areas to help them discover livelihoods as a path to empowerment and self-esteem. He holds an electrical engineering degree from the National Institutes of Technology, Srinagar and a master’s degree in business administration from the Indian Institutes of Management, Ahmedabad.
