Arushi is a leading expert in innovative financing for education, with over ten years of experience using an evidence-based approach. As the NORRAG research lead, she has developed a strong body of work on financing mechanisms designed to provide equitable education in marginalized communities. She has also co-edited a book on global trends in education philanthropy, highlighting perspectives from the Global South. Her 16 years of experience include working on education policy and development with organizations like the World Bank, GPE, and USAID. She holds a doctorate degree from Columbia University and a master’s degree from Harvard University.
